RS11000 Restrictor Stay

A restrictor stay with a concealed rail in the frame is an ideal option for holding an external door.  It can also be supplied with a cushion stop or a hold open clip to keep the door in the open position.  Often used on external doors to a loading bay or goods store entrance to stop the door from getting damaged by the masonry or being ripped off their hinges in a windy location. 

• Fully concealed and out of sight

• With or without adjustable hold open device – restricts the door in windy locations, not suitable for fire doors.

• Cushion Stop acts like a Back Check – saves damage to the door and building.
