Rutland Cam Action Slide Arm Closer - TS11205 Size 2-5

The Rutland TS 11205 EN 2-5 overhead slide arm door closer with cam and roller mechanism makes it an easy open door closer helping to assist with Document M of the building regulations and the BS 8300 recommendations.  Renown for its high efficiency and Powerlatch engineering they are suitable for doors up to 1250mm wide or 110kg in weight, controlling your larger doorways with ease.

These CE marked door closers are suitable for push and pull door configurations and will work on left hand and right hand applications in just one unit. Most models come with an all over semi-radius cover to match the other Rutland door closers.

With full colour multi-lingual fitting instructions for a quick precise installation the closer can then be further adjusted as required. The power strength of the closer is easily adjusted by spring, simple insert an allen key in the end of the mechanism to increase or decrease the spring strength.
